Beautiful Falls and interesting hikes. Since they were doing some repairs when we visited, some of the signs can be confusing. It is important to stay on the trails and follow signs. Walking off the trail can be dangerous and it also takes years for the ground and plants/grass/trees to recover from being stepped-on. Please follow the signs and designated trails.
The Falls are gorgeous, the hike down and back up was a bit challenging but worth it. Wear a pair of good hiking shoes because there were a lot of rocks on the pathway. Bring water and maybe snacks, just please do not litter and leave any trash behind.
We stayed at Campground C. They had bathrooms with showers, water and electric hook ups. We didn't need them since we were car camping. The bathrooms were decent. The campsites are closer to each other in person vs on website/website map. But everyone was respectful of each other's spaces. There was a group of deer in our campsite as the sunset. It was lovely. Overall a very good experience. We're looking forward to camping here again. :)
This Campground is our favorite by far in East Tennessee! There are several hikes with great overlooks and waterfalls. The campsites are well-maintained and Loop B is our favorite. I highly suggest you visit Fall Creek Falls as there are several amenities including golf, a swimming pool, zip lining and a pond for fishing and kayaking.
Beautiful. Breath taking. Serene.
Look, people can complain about stuff at a campsite. It's a diverse group of people basically loving together for a weekend. So don't come expecting all your neighbors to be as festidious as yourself. Instead, come with an accepting and inviting attitude, and you'll love your time here.
Hike the trails. See the things. All from your campsite- great spot.
This is a very nice place to stay or visit. Lots of trails and water falls to see. This was my first time here, but I definitely will return. We had fun getting in the water fall.
The park is beautiful but the staff is extremely rude and the "camp host" is very full of herself. She should be removed from the campground immediately! I'll call next time and if she still works here I won't be back
Back again so I must enjoy it here. Got a last second campsite so I can't complain too much about sleeping on a steep angle. Restrooms need some attention and a good cleaning. Falls are awesome, lots of wildlife.
Stayed at the group camp behind the campgrounds. The Turkey creek pen group cabin was great. There were 2 group cabins each one has a screened in porch. We only used one of them. So the inside of the cabin had 4 toilets and 3 showers 2 electric cook stoves. It has bunk beds for sleeping which could sleep up to 16 people. The beds were okay have slept on worse. The folding tables and chairs were nice. Outside we had 2 picnic tables with a bbq pit along with a fire pit and 3 benches. It was a circle drive way with a basketball hoop. Really nice group cabin enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic park and campground. Suspension bridges on trails were being worked on but didn't affect us. Beautiful place, extremely polite and pleasant staff and park rangers.
